Highly recommend. We worked with Ali and he was very professional and responsive. We had ringtail cats that got into our attic after having our roof replaced and one of them got inside our house. Ali helped us out right away and even come out on the weekend to remove the cat from inside our house.

Be Bug Free has helped us out with mosquito control, removing a dead raccoon from an attic, capturing 4 orphaned skunks, taking care of rodent bait stations, and all other pests. We previously used BBF and I canceled their service because I felt sorry for a young door to door salesman for another company. BIG MISTAKE! After 3 visits from the other company, we started to have the same problems as before BBF. I regretted the 6 months we were with the other company and quickly canceled my contract with them and hired BBF again. I highly recommend BBF to anyone! They are friendly, efficient, courteous, responsive and always professional. Not to mention, the other company was extremely high in prices for the services rendered!

On the 30th of launched I signed a contract to have raccoons removed from my house. I signed a contract with a year service.The raccoons are not gone and quit yesterday.I don't know what happened to my money. So now I'm stuck a month's down the road with the hole in my roof which continues to add to my electric bill. He may be good at bugs but not racoons!! The owner came The owner came back outhe day that I post that review and and he finally put the sheet metal large and we ended up with 4 coons and one. Pound perio I understand employment issues but the owner is absolutely fabulous I stand correct

I recently used Be Bug Free for a one-time preventative pest control spray. They were great, and I would definitely use them next time.I got 3 quotes for this project. BBF was the fastest to respond to my inquiry, and had the best deal, and is pet friendly.The guys who came out were so nice, and gave us some tips on how to prevent bugs around our outdoor light fixtures. We have been using Be Bug Free for about a year with great success. We had them do an inside and outside inspection and spray just before leaving for 2 months and returned to ZERO pests! No cockroaches, bugs, or even little sugar ants. Not even dead ones in the corner, so it's obvious they never even made it in the door. In Texas! In Summer!Very Very Very impressed.

Ollie who owns Be Bug Free is one of the most compassionate and efficient people I’ve ever met in this business. He is personable professional and very aware of the quickest and kindest way to rid homes of rodents. I was so afraid of sticky traps and poison which dehydrates the critters. None of that. My problem was massive with colonies of rats and although he had to kill, it was the most humane way to do it. He helped clean and put light into a pretty dark problem. Best yet and I’ve been through many ! Thank you Ollie.

We had a pretty severe fire ant issue at our house. As first time homeowners, my husband naturally thought he could fix it with ant traps and a vacuum. He eventually caved, and we went with Be Bug Free. This was about a month ago, and the ants were gone immediately. Now I sometimes find dead bugs around the floorboards of low-traffic areas, so clearly the treatment is still working. The owner is so polite (forgive me, I do not remember his name right now) and cordial, I was very pleased with our service. I think my husband signed us up for regular services. They are efficient, polite, and affordable. Thank you for making sure I wouldn't get eaten by fire ants while using my own bathroom!

Theres so many choices you can make when it comes to extermination but I wanted customer friendly representatives that could come out and truly know how to explain about the type of pest I needed eliminated and wanted to keep away in the future. The guys that come out are well educated, friendly, and professional. They're more like family when it comes to explaining your pest needs and having then go above and beyond to give your mind comfort and your place safe from critters. I highly recommend you stop here first.

Ali and his team are AMAZING - they are so incredibly professional- always on time, super knowledgeable, and actual consultants about what you need. I use them for clinical spaces and they’ve been so helpful in telling me what we need and when and also what we don’t need - there’s no feeling of upselling or fear of getting taken for a ride - Ali is an expert in what he does and has real pride in it. We had squirrel problems off and on for 2 years. We heard gnawing and scratching inside one of our walls and running in the attic. The noises stopped during the summer but started up again when it started to get cold. I reached out to a couple of companies. The first company didn’t show up as scheduled, the second company showed up but did not do a thorough inspection of my house. The representative of the second company covered up one entrance but did not cover a second entrance I was concerned about.After not listening to my concerns and seeing that the squirrel situation got worse (more gnawing and roof damage) it was time to call a different company. I did more research and reached out to Be Bug Free. I first talked to Zach, he took the time to listen to my previous experience and concerns. Ali sealed any possible entrances and installed a one way cage. We had a stubborn squirrel that did not want to exit. A trap was also set in the attic but the squirrel managed to not get caught. Ali was persistent, respectful and punctual, very happy to say we no longer have a squirrel problem. The customer service was great from the beginning, I highly recommend Be Bug Free.

Punctuation was a nice surprise for both the initial meeting and for the inspection. Communication is also the second thing I noticed from when they'll arrive to sending receipts and other information. Both of the gentlemen I met for service have proved to be respectful polite and above all else knowledgeable! They left me with ease of safety from pests, the fact I can call a often as I need with no hassle and a great feeling of ease with service and how I'm being charged on my bill. Ali is the post pleasant and through pest control service we have ever had. Always takes his shoes off upon entering our home, doesn’t use the the usual spray method that gets all over everything. Each time Alain visits, he does an excellent job and sends us reports promptly of the treatments he applied, the number of pests he saw, etc. He diligently removes cobwebs, services the exterior and interior of our home with so much care. Alain also came promptly when we had an ant infestation and identified the source as well as sealed the entry points. This is the best pest control I have ever found.My tale of woe begins with a doggie playtime going horribly wrong and Frisky the wonder mutt getting fleas. It was bad folks and the dog developed an allergic reaction making it worse. I struggled with this for 5 weeks then decided it was time to bring out the bug guns - Be Bug Free Services.They quoted me the best price for the work done, was extremely through, worked around my work schedule, and provided a follow up treatment to make sure the fleas were gone baby gone. Most bug spraying causes me migraines but these folks listened and modified the process so I would be ok.I am not going anywhere else....
